2. This giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and DC, 18 years of age and older as time of entry, except the employees of At Home Tennessee Magazine, LLC, Pinpoint Publishing Group, sponsors and members of their immediate families.

3. Entries that are lost, late, illegible, incomplete, misdirected or incomplete when received, including by reason of technical malfunction, congestion or incompatibility, will not be eligible. No telephone calls will be accepted.

4. Seven (7) winners will be awarded a "Girls' Night In" prize valued at $50.

5. Seven (7) winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about May 17, 2008 from all eligible entrants. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by mail and/or by e-mail. A winner must comply with all instructions in the prize notification and winner's complete response must be received by At Home Tennessee within 14 days of the date on the prize notification. If not, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Winner may be asked to complete an affidavit and release.

6. No substitution or transfer of prizes will be allowed. Upon delivery of any prize to winner, At Home Tennessee will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the winner with winner assuming full ownership and responsibility for the prize.

7. By entering and/or accepting a prize, winner releases and agrees to hold harmless At Home Tennessee, their parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind, including death, arising in whole for in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in this giveaway. Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winner's name and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation, except where prohibited.

8. At Home Tennessee reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any entry of this giveaway in the event that it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired. In the event of early termination, a random drawing will be held from among all eligible received at the time of termination. At Home Tennessee also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the giveaway or the web site.

9. Liability for any applicable federal, state or other taxes will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

10. This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States with venue in Shelby County in the State of Tennessee. By entering, you agree to be bound by these rules and you give your express permission to be contacted by At Home Tennessee by e-mail and/or mail.
